Located near the beautiful beaches in Naples, Florida the D.C. Kerchoff Company is an industry leader in the manufacture of cast stone concrete products. The company was created in 1972 and we have been revolutionizing the process by which precast stone is made. We have trademarked the name Stone Cast to distinguish our precast stone products from others on the market. When using our products you will get the benchmark of quality and superior craftsmanship.

We have engineered our Stone Cast products to be among the strongest, most durable architectural concrete products on the market. All of our cast stone concrete pavers, architectural columns, wall coping, balustrades, fireplace mantels, and Stone Cast concrete benches, decorative fountains, and assorted concrete planters are constructed to exceed the ASTM (American Society for Testing of Materials) requirements for strength, durability, and the non-absorption of water for architectural concrete products.

We specialize in custom projects and meeting the needs of architects, designers, contractors and homeowners. We are proud that our products are used in projects in the US as well as the Caribbean, Europe and the Far East. The Leader in Precast Stone Through many years of refinement at our APA Certified (Architectural Precast Association) plant in Naples, Florida we have developed a superior quality crafted precast stone product that is the benchmark of other products on the market. We have trademarked the name Stone Cast to ensure that our precast stones are not confused with other products on the market; we want our customers to know they are getting the best quality product available.

Our Stone Cast architectural concrete has been engineered to exceed the standard specifications for strength, durability and the non-absorption of water for precast concrete by the ASTM C 1364 (American Society for Testing of Material).

Our Services

DC Kerckhoff Company offers many special services to our clients including:

  • Budgeting and design assist from the earliest stages.

  • Detailed and accurate colorized computer generated takeoffs.

  • Detailed shop drawings that interpret the Architect’s intent and will speed the installation.

  • Field Templating of radial walls. We cut our templates using a CNC machine for accuracy.

  • 6” x 6” Color and finish samples shipped for color and finish selection at any stage of the project.

  • Pre-measured and blended pigments for color matched grout.

  • On site visits to review installation and avoid punchlist.

  • Instructional videos available for field work.
